Feedback loops
In order to maximize the whole process of system thinking, reinforcing and managing a balanced feedback loops can be useful as a guidance for any adjustments.
Causality
We're talking about the flow of influence between those interconnected parts inside of a system. Ensuring that there is a good mechanism for multiple feedback loops which is also effectively communicated to the people involved is important. From this, they can understand better about causation and correlation to improve their work practice; thanks to the data gathered.
Systems mapping
This is a tool for identifying and visually mapping those interconnected elements in a complex system. This can help system thinkers in doing adjustments or policy shift that will change the system in the most effective way.
In conclusion, systems thinking can provide good benefits for organization. Two of which are in framing complex problems that are often misdiagnosed, and also in showing alternative direction for improvement without disregarding the company's inner and outer connections.
